This course is for high school aged student-athletes looking to build skills that can help them achieve their goals in sports and life. All sports welcome!
The course takes place over two weeks. There will be three live sessions with your group and your coach, as well as on-demand lessons for you to complete on your own time.
Since the course is only two weeks, it’s important you attend as much of every session as possible. This helps ensure you’ll get the most out of the material and creates an unbeatable dynamic with your new teammates that fosters growth and learning.
